Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and make payment of cash efficiently and flawlessly within the shortest possible time.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through seamless service in cash area.
  • Achieve business targets set by the Management.
  • Beware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service.
  • Ensure necessary maintenance / cash loading / Reconciliation of ATM.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate or Pass Course in any discipline with CGPA not below 2.50 in a scale of 4 or minimum 2nd class or equivalent.
  • SSC & HSC CGPA at least 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent.
  • "O" & "A" level candidates should have minimum results equivalent to SSC & HSC candidates.

Additional Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bangla.
  • Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages.
  • Not over 30 years of age as on March 10, 2022.

Salary

  • The position offers a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 35,000 during the probation period (plus risk allowance of BDT 1,500.00). On successful completion of one-year of probation, the Cash Officer will be confirmed as Assistant Officer (Cash) and will be entitled for a monthly salary of BDT 50,250 (including all yearly pay) plus other admissible benefits.
